Joanna Yellowlees-Bound
Joanna Yellowlees-Bound, a graduate from Oxford University, has worked with Erna Low for over 25 years and on Miss Low's retirement in 1994, became her Partner and Managing Director of the company. Joanna feels privileged to have learnt tour operating direct from Miss Low - the Doyenne of the travel industry - and it is her mission to continue to promote the hallmark of the Erna Low holiday into the 21st century - 'quality' holidays at affordable prices for the discerning traveller. Joanna is married to a maritime archaeologist and has 3 sons. |

Jane Bolton
After university Jane thought about 'doing one ski season' in the Alps. After 4 years overseas she came back to the UK to get a 'proper job' and started to work for Erna Low. She is now the Managing Director of the Erna Low Ski and Summer Collections. Married to Karl and proud Mom of little Emily Rose, Jane is looking forward to the challenge of combining work and motherhood. |

Sharon Parish
Sharon has been with Erna Low for 17 years and is now Accounts Manager. Having witnessed many changes over this period, a fully computerised accounts system has ensured Sharon's smooth and efficient management of the company's financial structure.
When she is not busy looking after her two children, Nicole and Todd, she is an avid fan of Tottenham Hotspurs! |

John Ward
John initially joined Erna Low in the Administration department and, after leaving the company to do one last season, he returned in the role of Technical Manager.
A graduate in Recreation & Tourism Management, he has worked three seasons in Colorado and even a short spell working in a ski resort in South Africa.

Victoria Lincoln
Victoria worked two winter seasons in Les Menuires and Val d'Isere, enjoying being able to ski (and try to board) all winter long! After returning to the UK and completing a degree in Tourism Management she quickly found a job as Administration Assistant at Erna Low, followed by Administration Manager two years later. Now, years on, she has a wealth of skiing knowledge ready to pass on to colleagues and clients alike!

Rob Saville
After one measly season in St Anton Rob, passionate about mountain biking and snowboarding, first joined Erna Low in 2005. Having taken the summers of 2007 and 2008 out of the office, deciding full time work wasn’t all it was cracked up to be, Rob is now back for good to head the Erna Low ‘holidays with Altitude’ summer programme.
Fluent in Irish he has proven a most valuable asset to the team. |

Polly Dean
Having spent two seasons working in the southern French Alps in Serre Chevalier and Les Deux Alpes, Polly was keen to stay in the world of ski and so joined our sales team in June 2010. Our resident hotel expert, Polly is fluent in French but also speaks very rusty German and Italian! |

Simon Gill
After spending 10 years working in the mountains of France, Austria and Canada in a variety of roles including Chalet Host, Driver and Ski Instructor, Simon has returned to London to continue his love of all things snow within the Sales team at Erna Low. |

Gary Edwards
Gary initially joined Erna Low in the accounts department during the placement year of his Leisure Marketing degree. Since then he’s spent two winter seasons in the Swiss resort of Verbier, as well as a winter working on NZ’s Coronet Peak Mountain. He’s now back with us in an administration role... they all come back eventually. |

Emily-Anna Wells
Emily is currently in her 3rd year at Bournemouth University studying a BA Honours in Tourism Management. Previously a Reservations Consultant specialising in tailor made packages; she decided to stray from the typical sun, sea and sand holiday market for her work placement and joined Erna Low to gain knowledge of the ski industry. Emily has recently learnt to ski at Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre, you can read about her experience on the Erna Low Blog! |
