Les Balcons d'Anaite Overview
A recently renovated residence, built in a traditional Alpine style, equipped to a modern and comfortable standard offering views of theMont Blancor Aiguilles Rouge. Consisting of 28 apartments (34-100m²), the residence offers free access to the steam room, sauna and fitness room (open during reception hours, children must be accompanied by adults) and massages can be organised and paid for locally. The residence is located close to the shops, 800m to the nearest ski lift and 15 minutes by car fromChamonix. There is a bus stop outside the residence with regular shuttle buses to the village centre and ski lifts. A bakery service can be organised and paid for locally. Short breaks are available on certain dates subject to availability.
In every apartment:
- Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine
- Bathroom and WC
- Flat screen television included
- Most with terrace or balcony
- Free WIFI in reception
- Bed linen and towels are not included 10€/person/kit (payable locally), beds made on arrival can be pre-booked from 35-45€/apartment (payable locally)
- End of stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged in resort from 50-120€/apartment
- Kitchen cleaning is not included and is the responsibility of the guest but can be arranged in the resort 45€
- Free outdoor parking – 50 spaces
- Pets accepted on request – 50€/pet/week.

2 bedroom 6 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, two double or twin bedrooms.
2 bedroom duplex 6/8 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, two double or twin bedrooms and one cabin area with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
4 bedroom duplex 10 persons: Living room, four twin or double bedrooms and one cabin area with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room. It may be possible to have 12 people in this apartment, please request at time of booking.
