Part of the famous Espace Killy, which links Tignes to the ski area of Val D’Isère, spectacular skiing is on offer for keen skiers of all levels. The mountains around the villages form a huge amphitheatre of high and snow sure skiing, with the highest point being the Grand Motte glacier. Tignes has an endless variety of pistes above the trees, whilst long tree paths and advanced runs lead down to the beautiful, rustic village of Tignes Les Brevieres. There are 5 lifts available free for beginners of any age in Val Claret, Le Lac, Le Lavachet and Les Brevieres.
