Belambra Les Jardins de la Balme Overview
Eternally popular due to their great location in the Verdets area, this residence is close to the shops and the centre of resort (500m) and is located 400m from the nearest ski lift and pistes. A lounge area is available for guests within reception opening hours. A morning bakery and evening meal delivery service can be organised and paid for locally.
In every apartment:
- Equipped kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric coffee-maker
- Bathroom and WC (except Studio 3 persons which has shower and WC)
- Television payable locally (approx 41€/week)
- Balcony or terrace
- Free WIFI at reception
- Bed linen is included and towels can be rented locally (approx 7.5€/person)
- End of stay cleaning is not included, can be arranged locally (approx 50€/apartment)
- Service Plus option including beds made on arrival, towels and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) can be pre-booked, payable locally 26€/adult and 16€/child (2-12yrs)
- Covered parking is available at the residence approx 70€/car/week, subject to availability should be requested in advance. Alternative resort parking is available approx 79-89€/car/week.

Studio 3 persons: Living room with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed. This apartment type is available in Privilege (ST3+SH) or Comfort (ST3CSH).
Studio 4 persons (22m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and a sleeping area separated by sliding partition with one sofa bed and one top bunk bed. This apartment type is available in Privilege (S43+S) or Comfort (ST4CS).
1 bedroom 5 persons (28m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed, one twin bedroom. This apartment type is available in Privilege (2P5+S) or Comfort (2P5CS).
2 bedroom 7 persons (40m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed. On the upper floor; one twin bedroom and one cabin or open mezzanine, with twin beds*. OR living room with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed, one twin bedroom and one cabin with bunk beds. OR living room with three single sofa beds, one sleeping area separated by a sliding partition with a single sofa bed and one top bunk bed and one cabin with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room. All three apartment types have an additional bath or shower. This apartment type is available in Privilege (3P7+S) in any of the three layouts above, please note requests for a certain layout cannot be guaranteed. *Comfort (3P7CS) category is only available in the first type of layout.
