A traditional family resort with access to the expansive Grand massif ski area...
The resort of Morillon is split into two areas, the beautiful old village centre and further up the mountain at 1,100m the newer resort of Morillon 1100. The Residence Le Jardin Alpin is located in the pedestrian village of Morillon 1100, offering both stunning views over the valley and direct access to the Grand Massif ski area.
Morillon is ideally situated in the Northern French Alps, just over an hour's drive from Geneva airport. It is a quiet resort that will particularly appeal to families and those looking for a peaceful alpine holiday, without sacrificing the quality of skiing.
The Grand Massif ski area links Morillon with the resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz d'Araches and Samoens, giving access to over 265 kms of pistes, ranging from gentle beginner slopes to challenging blacks. The area enjoys an excellent snow record with skiing up to 2,480m and its network of snow cannons ensure good snow cover even down to resort level during early and late season.
