Les Fermes de Samoens Overview

Les Fermes de Samoëns comprises small traditional style residences and terraced chalets located 400m from the nearest shops, 800m from the resort centre and 1km from the gondola to Samoëns 1600 (accessed free public shuttle bus running every 15 minutes).  It has a small indoor heated swimming pool and fitness room free for guests and also included is one free sauna or steam room session per apartment per week (additional session’s payable locally).  Guests have access to a communal lounge with open fire place with tea and coffee making facilities (open during reception hours only) and a laundry room and pool table both payable locally.  Please note that some bedrooms may be under the eaves.

In every apartment:

• Equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and mini oven or microwave
• Bathroom or shower room and WC
• Television included
• Balcony or terrace
• WIFI available in reception area free of charge
• Bed linen and towels are included
• Beds made on arrival not included, £35-55 depending on type of apartment - payable at time of booking
• End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen), £55-85 depending on the type of apartment - payable at time of booking
• Beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning package (excluding kitchen), £80-120 depending on type of apartment - payable at time of booking
• Cleaning charges if accommodation not left thoroughly cleaned 55-85€
• Covered parking £49/vehicle/week, should be requested and paid for at time of booking.

Studio 2 persons (S2) (22m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed.

Studio cabin 4 persons (S4K) (24-26m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed and cabin with bunk beds.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

1 bedroom 4 persons (24) (30-40m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom. 

1 bedroom + cabin 6 persons (26K) (35-45m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room.  Please note some apartments are duplex.

2 bedroom 6 persons (36/36X) (36-45m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds.  Please note some apartments are duplex.

2 bedroom + cabin or 3 bedroom 8 persons (38K/48) (50m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed and EITHER one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and one cabin with bunk beds (please note a cabin is not a separate room) OR two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.  Please note some apartments are duplex.  

4 bedroom duplex 12 persons (512X) (87m²): Living room with single soda bed and single pull out bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs: two double bedrooms, cabin with single sofa bed and single pull out bed.  Additional shower or bathroom.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.

2 or 3 bedroom duplex chalet 8 persons (T8) (58m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed and EITHER two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds OR one double bedroom and one bedroom sleeping four persons (at least one set of bunk beds).  Additional shower or bathroom.

4 bedroom duplex chalet 10 persons (78m²): Living room with single sofa bed and single pull out bed, three double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.  Additional shower or bathroom.
