- Bed linen is included and towels can be rented locally (approx 7€ per kit)
- End of stay cleaning is not included (payable locally, from 50€ per apartment)
- Television (payable locally approx 40€ per week)

- Covered parking (approx 57€/per week and outdoor parking approx 35€/week, payable locally)
- Comfort Plus formula available including beds made on arrival, towels and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) for 25€ per person - must be pre-booked.
