It is situated in the hamlet of Chantemerle and is located 200m from the village centre, the main ski lifts and ESF ski school (a free public shuttle bus runs throughout the resort). The residence features a communal lounge with open fire place, an indoor heated swimming pool and fitness suite free for guests. There is one free sauna or steam room session per apartment/per week (additional sessions payable locally). WIFI is available in reception, payable locally. A spa suite offers massages and beauty treatments, payable locally.

In every apartment:

- Beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen) between £82 and £124 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
- Covered car parking is £51 per week and should be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Please note that there is some free public parking within the car park complex however space can only be guaranteed by booking in advance
- Mid-stay cleaning on request
- Cleaning charges if accommodation not left in perfect order €55 - €85.
