This residence features 122 apartments within several buildings ideally situated at the foot of the slopes, close to the centre of Arc 1600.  A private indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi is available (free of charge to guests) and one free sauna or steam room session/apartment/week (additional sessions are payable locally).  A bakery delivery service can be organised and paid for locally and a communal lounge is available for use within reception opening hours.

For clients wishing to take advantage of the overnight train services coming into Bourg St Maurice, this residence offers the perfect solution.  Located just across the road from the funicular train arrival point, the residence have an unsupervised luggage room available as well as changing room and communal shower facilities in the pool area which can be used by guests within opening hours.  The residence will also try to have your apartment ready early for your arrival if possible (please inform Erna Low if you would like to request this).

1 bedroom 4 persons (24) (31m²): Living room sleeping two persons and a bedroom sleeping two persons.

1 bedroom duplex + cabin 6 persons (26AX) (45m²): Living room sleeping two persons.  Upstairs: one bedroom sleeping two persons and one cabin sleeping two persons.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

2 bedroom 6 persons (36) (58m²): Living room sleeping two persons and two bedrooms each sleeping two persons.   

2 bedroom + cabin 8 persons (38A/X) (63-85m²): Living room sleeping two persons, two bedrooms each sleeping two persons and one cabin sleeping two persons.  Additional shower room and WC.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room and some apartments are duplex.

3 bedroom duplex + cabin 10 persons (410AX) (102m²): Living room sleeping two persons and bedroom sleeping two persons.  Upstairs: two bedrooms each sleeping two persons and one cabin sleeping two persons.  Additional shower room and WC.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.

"Delighted. Thanks to my request to you, I believe, we were in our room by 9am. The apartment was brand new, never before occupied, and so well equipped! Just one disappointment for me, the non-skier, there was no view over Arcs 1600 because our apartment(103) was so close to the rock face that an adjacent building blocked the view. I am addicted to a beautiful view. Indeed it is high on my priority list! So it was a little sad. Disappointment on that score was alleviated by the pristine nature of our accommodation! Your reps. called unexpectedly.What a charming couple! They suggested that if I were to book Le Roc Belle Face again, I should request the view. After all I would think that well over 90% of rooms had the view I craved. And it seemed a waste of a very nice balcony! Le Roc B F is so convenient for the slopes and the funiculaiire. The staff were most helpful!"
