Arc 1800 is the central point of the whole ski area of Les Arcs, with lifts interlinking in all directions. The village is located at the foot of the Aiguille Grive and offers excellent access to the slopes from most of its accommodation.
Les Arcs offers a huge diversity of skiing with pistes for every standard of skier or boarder. All the villages have easily accessible nursery slopes and intermediates will love the interlinked blue and red runs that range from high, wide, open space to sheltered tree runs. Experienced skiers will enjoy the variety of black runs and the guided off-piste or they may even wish to try their hand at speed skiing. Les Arcs has fantastic facilities for boarders with a snow park and 3 permanent boardercross (one in Arc 1600 and two in Arc 2000). New this winter: Rodeo Park, at the top of the Col de la Chal (arrival point of the Transarc gondola lift or Arcabulle chair lift): 3,000 metres of pure fun and exhilaration!
