What our clients are saying

"Absolutely perfect apartment (027 in Residence Jerome), 40 m from car on same level, 6 m from ski lockers and piste. Apartment was ready at 1100 on the Saturday so we could move in immediately on arrival and still get all afternoon on the slopes. My only complaint was that the shower in the en suite bedroom was intermittent hot and cold and poorly adjustable, otherwise ... fantastic!"

"We were impressed with the apartment and Prince des Cimes block. On arrival some of the cutlery and crockery was dirty, and had been through the machine and stacked away. Furniture a bit stained. Oherwise high standard."

"Ideally located by the slopes, ease of access huge bonus."

"We were upgraded to Arc 1950 after spending 25 years at Arc 1800. It was GREAT!!!!"

"Liked the apartment and its location. The only problem we (and many others) had was the noise from young people returning from Arc 2000 late at night. We were woken up around 3.30 am each morning. I told reception about this and they waived the holiday tax which I thought was reasonable."

"1950 starting to get a little worn and could do with getting the decorators in...."

"Our apartment was in the radisson blocks and was disappointingly tired. We saw the apartment of some friends in the P&V blocks and they were in much better condition. If we chose 1950 again then we would try to get into the P&V blocks."

"Pretty faultless. First true ski in ski out experience (often promised but rarely delivered) and first time that the promise of ski school outside the front door met expectations. Really good size - bright & spacious. Once we had worked out how to get to the room from the car park without using three lift systems - all very easy."

"Arc 1950 very pleasant, could do with a lick of paint here and there but generally very good and comfortable."

"The accommodation was a little grubby but very well positioned for great skiing. The outdoor pool and the indoor jacuzzi were a bit cold. The beds were comfy with good linen, towels, etc."

"The resort and accommodation at 1950 is stunning, much more than we were anticipating and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We hope to return next season as we can easily reach La Plagne within 1 hour!
Thank you Erna Low - Fab as always!"

"This was a great appartment, a one bedroom, but a surprise small bunk bed cabin separate from the living room meant neither our boys or ourselves needed to sleep in the living room. The appartments are beautifully appointed and the car free environment and ease of access from the ski room to the slopes is tremendous. We have been back for 4 years running!"

"The accommodation was the best we have ever had; clean and spacious with fantastic views, and very convenient with pistes on one side, and the village on the other. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools and we loved the saunas and steam rooms."

"le Villages is great - really nicely furnished apartments of a good size. Resort undersells itself in some ways as there is a good programme of activities at no extra charge. The midweek slalom competition, for example, was a real highlight for our family, and felt very professional... the ski jouring (behind horses) was also something we'd never seen before, and that's before you add in fun activities like the wii competition. It's expensive no question but there are extras thrown in that you don't see in other resorts. The half board option is not great though - very little choice and the Arc 1950 brasserie were positively unwelcoming when I asked about the menu choices for that evening, telling me that the kids choice was haricot vert! My daughter isn't fussy but frankly green beans - who would chose to eat there!"
