Le Coeur d'Or Overview

Le Coeur d’Or residence benefits from a convenient location in Bourg St Maurice, close to the shops and International train station while offering easy access to the Paradiski ski area via the funicular  taking you to Arc 1600.   Guests taking their own cars can also reach the Espace Killy, St Foy and La Rosiere to sample the best of the Tarentaise ski areas.  The residence also offers an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room within the residence free of charge while spa treatments are available payable locally.  A fresh bakery delivery service can be organised and paid for locally.

Please note the funicular is approximately 1km from the residence and can be accessed by the free resort bus (4 times daily as per winter 10/11) or by car. 

In every apartment:

• Open plan kitchen with fridge, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, steam cooker, kettle and toaster
• Bathroom with heated towel rail and hair dryer, WC
• Satellite television
• Balcony or terrace
• One free WIFI connection in reception area and apartment, additional connections are payable locally
• Beds made up on arrival (except sofa bed) and towels are provided
• End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up)
• Outdoor parking 50€/car/week subject to availability, it is recommended to request in advance, height limit 1.80m (barrier at entrance).

1 bedroom 4 persons (35-40m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and one twin bedroom. 

1 bedroom + cabin 6 persons (40m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one double bedroom and one cabin with bunk beds.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

2 bedroom 6 persons (50-65m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one double and one twin bedroom.  Please note some apartments are duplex. 

2 bedroom + cabin 8 persons (60-65m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one twin and one double bedroom and one cabin with bunk beds.  Additional shower room and WC.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.

3 bedroom duplex 8 persons (80-85m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one double and two twin bedrooms.  Additional shower room and WC.  Please note bedrooms are situated on both floors.

4 bedroom duplex 10 persons (100m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, two double and two twin bedrooms.  Two additional shower or bathrooms and one additional WC.  Please note bedrooms are situated on both floors.

"Very modern, spatious but cosy and warm place. Indoor swimming pool a plus. Car necessary to get to the cablecar and slopes but it takes only 30 minutes to enjoy your skiing."

"We returned to the same hotel this year, the accomodation was excellent and so comfortable. After a full day's skiing the amazing king size bed was very much appreciated! However, the hotel was much busier this year, it would have been useful to know that it was a french holiday week. The pool was busy and at times very noisey The room needed some extra comfy chairs someone always ended up sitting on the hard kitchen chair for the evening The reception staff were very helpful."

"The accomodation was fantastic, I have stayed in the equivalant accomodation last year in arc 1950, which works out twice the price and to be honest the pool and facilities were more convenient and better, the big minus is that your not in the resort, but the major factor is the cheap food and drink in Bourg St Maurice making it a more affordable holiday for a family. But you have access to arc 1600 in mins via the funicular so for me no big deal and you can access arc 2000 in under 15 mins on skis anyway"
