L’Orée des Neiges Overview
The 1st phase of this residence opened last season and when finished it will comprise 25 apartments over 4 chalets (2 separate and 2 connecting) is located close to the Grizzly ski lift and only 300m from the village centre. Guests have free access to the spa area with indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, steam rooms and fitness centre in CGH residence l’Orée de Cimes approx 1km away. Treatments and massages can also be booked and paid for at the l’Orée de Cimes. A lounge area is available for use during reception hours with a selection of daily newspapers and guests can organise and pay for a bakery delivery service locally.
In every apartment:
- Open plan kitchen with 4 hot plates, multifunction oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
- Bathroom with heated towel rail and hairdryer, WC
- Satellite television
- Balcony or terrace
- One free WIFI connection in reception area and apartment, additional connections are payable locally
- Beds with duvets made on arrival (except sofa bed) and towels are provided (bath robes and towels for the pool can be rented locally)
- End of stay cleaning included (except kitchen area and washing up)
- Limited covered parking subject to availability (60€/car/week) payable locally, maximum height 2m. Pre-booking is advised.
- Pets are accepted with valid rabies certificate 60€/pet/stay maximum of one pet per apartment.
Apartments:
1 bedroom 4 persons (35-40m²): Living room with double sofa bed, one twin bedroom.
2 bedroom 6 persons (55-60m²): Living room with double sofa bed, one double and one twin bedroom. Please note that some apartments are duplex.
3 bedroom 8 persons (70-75m²): Living room with double sofa bed, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Additional shower room and WC. Please note that some apartments are duplex.
4 bedroom 10 persons (80-95m²): Living room with double sofa bed, two double and two twin bedrooms. Additional bath or shower room and WC. Please note that some apartments are duplex.
Chalets:
5 bedroom triplex 12 persons (170m²): Living room with double sofa bed, two double and three twin bedrooms. Additional bath or shower room and WC. Please note that some apartments are duplex.
