Residence L'Arollaie Overview

This residence offers magnificent views over the Bellecôte glacier.  Built over 11 floors (with lift), these apartments are located 200m from the resort centre of Plan Peisey, as well as being only 50m from the Vanoise Express cable car, ski lifts, slopes and kindergarten.  Guests have free access to a small indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi and one free sauna or steam room session per apartment per week (additional sessions payable locally).  There is also a communal lounge with open fireplace (open during reception hours only), while use of the laundry room, pool table and bakery service are payable locally.  

In every apartment:

• WIFI is available in the reception and apartment, payable locally
• Bed linen and towels are included
• Beds made on arrival, between £35-55 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking

• Beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen) £80-120 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• Cleaning charge if accommodation not left in perfect order 55-85€
• Please note there is limited street parking near the residence, alternative public car park is located 200m from the residence.

1 bedroom 4 persons (24) (32-34m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed and one bedroom with double bed or bunk beds.

1 bedroom + cabin or 2 bedroom 6 persons (26K/36) (43-52m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed, one double bedroom and a cabin or bedroom sleeping two (some with bunk beds).  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.   Please note requests for a certain layout cannot be guaranteed.

2 bedroom + cabin 8 persons (38K) (49-55m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed, two bedrooms each sleeping two persons and a cabin with bunks beds.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.

3 bedroom 8 persons (48) (70m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed, one twin and two double bedrooms.  Additional shower or bathroom. 

3 bedroom + cabin 10 persons (410K) (71-80m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed, two bedrooms each sleeping 2 persons, one bedroom and one cabin each with bunk beds.  Additional shower room.  Please note that a cabin is not a separate room and that some apartments are duplex. 

4 bedroom duplex + cabin 10/12 persons (512KX) (80m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed, one double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds.  Upstairs: two bedrooms each sleeping two and one small bedroom with bunk beds.  Additional bathroom.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
