There are 5 resorts in Les Grandes Rousses domain, the most well-known of which is Alpe d'Huez. Beginners and intermediates benefit from the large number of wide runs and dedicated nursery slopes by the villages and advanced skiers and boarders can challenge themselves on 'La Sarenne' - a 16 km run which claims to be the longest black in the world.
