This residence is located in La Falaise district and offer views of the resort or the slopes. It has great access to all the resort amenities and has convenient ski in, ski out access.

This residence is located in La Falaise district and offer views of the resort or the slopes. Formally a building within the Residence Balcons du Soleil, it has great access to all the resort amenities and has convenient ski in, ski out access. Avoriaz is a car free resort - there is covered parking (payable locally) at the entrance to the resort and you will need to take a sleigh or motor scooter to your accommodation reception (also payable locally).
Please note the buildings of the former Balcons du Soleil Residence have now been divided. The Douchka building now exists on its own and remaining buildings (Neva, Chapka, Elinka, Kouria, Saskia 1&2 and Hotel Falaise) now form part of the Saskia-Falaise Residence.
In every apartment:
- Equipped kitchenette (4 hot plates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker)
- Bathroom and WC
- Television
- Balcony or terrace
- WIFI access available in apartments and broadband internet access in reception (payable locally) – modem available for hire at reception
- Bed linen, duvets and towels are included
- End of stay cleaning (except kitchen) and a cleaning kit are included
- Parking should be booked and paid for independently at www.avoriazparkings.com – please be advised that we recommend you book this well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Studio 4 persons (20-24m²): Living room with two single sofa beds or one sofa bed and one pull out bed and one cabin with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
1 bedroom 4 persons (23-28m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and one double bedroom.
1/2 bedroom 6 persons (34-41m²): Living room with one sofa bed and one pull out bed, one double bedroom and one cabin area with bunk beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
