Rooms

This residence consists of a number of different buildings (Saskia 1, 2 and 3, Epicéa, Datcha, Neva, Chapka, Elinka, Kouria, and Hotel Falaise) all situated at the entrance of the Falaise area with great access to the resort facilities, panoramic views over the Morzine valley and direct access to the slopes.  As Avoriaz is a car free resort, there is covered parking (payable locally) at the entrance to the resort and you may need to take a sleigh or motor scooter to your accommodation reception (also payable locally).

Please note the buildings Tilia and Malinka, formally part of the Residence Falaise, are now separate Maeva residences.  The remaining buildings making up Residence Falaise (Datcha and Saskia 3) have been refurbished and now form part of the new Residence Saskia-Falaise.  The residence also includes the once separate Epicea Residence.

In every apartment:

• Equipped kitchenette (4 hot plates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker)
• Bathroom and WC
• Television
• Balcony or terrace
• WIFI in the apartments (payable locally)
• Bed linen and towels are included
• End of stay cleaning (except the kitchen area) and a cleaning kit are also included
• Parking should be booked and paid for independently at www.avoriazparkings.com – please be advised that we recommend you book this well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Studio 4 persons (20-24m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and a cabin with bunk beds.  Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.

1 bedroom 4 persons (23-28m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and one double bedroom.

1 bedroom 4/5 persons (23-28m²): Living room with two single sofa beds and a pull out single bed and one double bedroom.

1 bedroom 6 persons (34-41m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a pull out bed, one double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds.  Please note that a cabin is not a separate room.

2/3 bedroom 8 persons (46-50m²): Living room with a single sofa beds and one pull out bed, one double and one twin bedroom and one cabin area with bunk beds.  Additional shower room and WC.  Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
