Residence L'Aiglon de Morzine Overview

Fabulously located, L’Aiglon de Morzine is 5 minutes walk from the Super Morzine lift and the plentiful facilities of central Morzine.  It comprises 12 luxurious, spacious and stylish apartments all accessible by lift or on the ground floor.  A lounge area and communal south facing deck area are available to all guests where it is possible to enjoy the breathtaking views of Morzine and the surrounding ski area.  Friendly staff are on hand to help make your stay as comfortable as possible and a bakery delivery service can be organised and paid for locally.  There is a large supermarket within 1 minutes walk and a Skiset shop near the Super Morzine lift (equipment can be pre-booked through Erna Low).  Ski lockers and boot drier are also available at the residence for the use of all guests.  It is also possible to pre-book lift passes with Erna Low which will be delivered to you at check in, saving you time and hassle in resort.

In every apartment:

• Equipped kitchenette with oven, 4 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker
• LCD satellite television (in living room and all bedrooms*)
• DVD player and stereo in living room
• Wood burning stove in most apartments (please request at time of booking)

Enjoy the homely feel and warmth of a wood burning stove in most apartments* at the Aiglon de Morzine. Please note that this cannot be guaranteed, so please remember to request this at the time of booking and we will do our utmost to accommodate any such requests.
* Not available in apartment numbers 1, 3, 4 & 11. 

1 bedroom 2/4 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, one twin bedroom.  Each bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and WC.

2 bedroom 4/6 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, two twin bedrooms.  Each bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and WC. 

2 bedroom + cabin 6/7 persons: Living room with a double sofa bed, two twin bedrooms and a cabin room with a single bunk bed.  Each bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and WC.  Please note that a cabin room is not a separate bedroom. 

3 bedroom 6/8 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, three twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and WC.  Some apartments are duplex. 

3 bedroom + cabin 8/9 persons: Living room with double sofa bed, three twin bedrooms and a cabin room with a single bunk bed.  Each bedroom has an en-suite bath or shower room and WC.  Please note that a cabin room is not a separate bedroom and some apartments are duplex.  In some apartments instead of a cabin, the extra bed will be in the master bedroom. 

*  Please note in one of the 3 bedroom 6/8 person apartments and one of the 2 bedroom 4/6 person apartments, one of the bedrooms does not have a television.  Should this be important to you please ensure you request that all bedrooms have a television at the time of booking.

"We were very disappointed that the very hard, narrow uncomfortable mattresses in the L'Aiglon had still not been replaced. We were forced to take our own matress toppers with us as we were so uncomforable last year. Additionally the appartment (10) that we were given had absolutely nowhere to hang clothes/coats and ski jackets."

"Overall accommodation fully achieved the high expectations I had set for it. My only small request would be that there is an option to have the twin beds converted into double beds. In all other respects the accommodation was exactly as advertised, and therefore of an excellent high standards. I would definitely consider staying in the accommodation in the future. Finally the on-site manager was extremely helpful, even going as far to book restaurant reservations for my party. Again service of a high quality, greater than that of a 4 star standard."

"My only complaint is that sound travelled and when people were moving furniture to put up sofa beds at 1.00 am it was a bit disruptive. Location was minutes from everything and it was very clean and comfortable. It was by for one of the best we have stayed in even when comparing to some very nice hotels."
