Small purpose built resort linked into the resort of Vars.

Risoul is a typical Southern Alps resort benefiting from a great ski area but lower prices because it is not particularly well known in the UK.  The area is renowned for its excellent show conditions and sunshine record of more than 300 days a year. 

Other Facilities

The resort offers facilities for numerous other winter sports activities including an outdoor ice rink and snowmobiles.  Risoul has over 20 bars, 2 cinemas and 2 discos.

Facilities for Children

‘Le Bebe Club’ caters for children from 6 months to 3 years.  ‘Club Les Marmottes’ caters for children from 3 to 6 years and ‘Club Les Petits Montagnards’ takes children from 6 to 12 years.  The kids clubs liaise with the local ski schools to offer both child care and ski lessons.
