Les Montagnettes - Le Hameau de la Sapinière

Overview

Situated above La Croisette with doorstep skiing, 300m from the shops, the newly-named Le Hameau de la Sapinière offers high quality apartments boasting impressive views over the valley.  Within the Montagnettes hamlet of 9 large chalets each with 6-9 apartments are two saunas, one steam room and a jacuzzi available to guests, facilities must be pre-booked at reception, subject to availability (7€/person/45mins, open Sun-Fri 1600-2000 hrs).  Massages can also be arranged and paid for locally.  It is possible to pre-book 7 x evening meals packages at the Montalys restaurant located on site.  A Sport 2000 shop is also conveniently located within the hamlet and equipment can be booked with Erna Low in advance.

In every apartment:

• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, grill, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine)
• Flat screen TVs in every apartment, DVD players available on request
• Balcony
• WIFI - one access code with unlimited use per apartment, additional access payable locally
• Open fire place in the living room with one bag of firewood included, additional bags 9€/each
• Beds made up on arrival (except sofa beds) and towels are provided, along with a midweek towel change
• End of stay cleaning and a cleaning kit are included (except kitchen area)
• Outdoor parking €42/vehicle/week, covered parking €49/vehicle/week or underground parking €56/vehicle/week should be pre-booked with Erna Low, subject to availability, payable locally.

2 bedroom + cabin 6 persons (72m²): Living room, one double and one twin bedroom and cabin room with bunk beds, one bathroom, one shower room and two WCs. Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

4 bedroom 8 persons with sauna (95m²): First floor: One double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with bath or shower and two WCs.  Second floor: Living room and sauna with shower.  Third floor: Two twin attic bedrooms and a shower room and WC. 

5 bedroom 10 persons (105m²): Ground floor: One double and one twin bedroom, two shower rooms and one WC.  First floor: Living room.  Second floor: Two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with bath or shower, two WC. Third floor: a closed mezzanine level with twin beds. 

4 bedroom + cabin 10/12 persons (105m²): Ground floor: One twin and one double bedroom, two bathrooms with bath or shower and one or two WCs.  First floor: Living room with single sofa bed and a pull out bed and a cabin room with bunk beds. Second floor: Two twin attic bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath or shower and one WC.  Please note a cabin room is not a separate bedroom.  Some apartments are adapted for wheelchair use on the ground level and consist of only one floor.

5 bedroom + cabin 12 persons (115m²): Ground floor: Double room with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, a further shower room and a separate WC.  First floor: Living room and a cabin with bunk beds.  Second floor (under the eaves): One twin room with en-suite shower room, one further twin bedroom and a double bedroom.  Additional bathroom with bath or shower and WC and an additional WC.  Please note a cabin room is not a separate bedroom.
