Les Chalets Du Gypse Overview
This small residence has 30 apartments over 3 connecting chalets located just above the beautiful traditional village of St Martin de Belleville. Built in a typical Savoyard style it is located approximately 300m from the ski lifts departure point and is on the edge of the slopes. It features an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cardio-training room which are free for residents and there is a spa centre (at a charge payable locally). A lounge with open fireplace is available to guests and a fresh bakery delivery service can be organised and paid for locally. Please note that due to the location of the residence, some of the apartments may have restricted views.
In every apartment:
- Open plan kitchen with fridge, multifunction oven, 4 burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, pressure cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster
- Bathroom with heated towel rail and hair dryer, WC
- Satellite television

2 bedroom + cabin 8 persons (70-80m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one twin and one double bedroom and one cabin with bunk beds. Additional shower room and WC. Please note a cabin is not a separate room.
3 bedroom 8 persons (90-100m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, one double and two twin bedrooms. Additional shower room and WC.
4 bedroom duplex 10 persons (110-120m²): Living room with two single sofa beds, two double and two twin bedrooms. Two additional bath or shower rooms and one additional WC. Please note bedrooms are situated on both floors.
