The Erna Low Loyalty Club

If you are one of our regular clients you could be entitled to a loyalty discount.  So to ensure we process your relevant discount as listed below please inform us at the time of booking.

Erna Low work as agents for the accommodation providers and therefore we do not own the properties that we feature.  We regret that, after an in depth feasibility study, it was concluded that it is not financially viable to offer the following discounts on peak holiday dates.  However, as a small business we will continue to offer the great value holidays and personal service that our clients much appreciate.  We firmly believe that you will not find your holiday cheaper anywhere else (thanks to our price match guarantee!) and we thank you for your understanding.

Cash discounts on your holiday

If the total cost of your holiday is more than £1000 and you booked one or more holidays with us last year (winter 2010/11) deduct £10, if you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last two consecutive years deduct £20 or if you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last three consecutive years or more deduct £30.

Please note the discount will apply on each reservation if you book more than one holiday in winter 2011/12 and the holidays must have been booked in consecutive years.

Cash discounts on your second winter holiday within the same season

If you have booked one ski holiday with Erna Low this winter season (2011/12) you can be entitled to 5% off your second winter holiday if taken within the same season on your self drive package (including Eurotunnel or ferry travel) or accommodation only price.  Please note the discount is only applicable if the total cost of your holiday is equal to or more than £500 and is not applicable with any other Erna Low offers or loyalty discounts.

Discounted Eurotunnel

If you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last three consecutive years or more you are entitled to a cheaper Eurotunnel crossing (maximum of one per reservation).  We will deduct £10 from your holiday total.  This is in addition to your free upgrade to FlexiPlus.

Discounted equipment hire

If you have booked a holiday with us before in the last three winters, please deduct 5% off any equipment hire you require this winter.

Discounts on summer holidays

If you have booked a holiday with us before you may be eligible for a discount on one of our summer holiday – ‘Holidays with Altitude’.  For further details see www.ernalowsummer.co.uk.

General Conditions

• Discounts are applicable on stays of 7 nights or more, a two week holiday counts as one booking and only one set of reductions apply
• These offers are only valid if you have been a party leader on all previous bookings
• These reductions are not applicable in conjunction with any other reductions or special offers (except Early Booking offers if applicable)
• We regret we are unable to extend these offers to groups as such bookings will already be negotiated on a special rate, for further details of group discounts (groups over 20) please contact the office.

Please note that Loyalty Discounts are not available on holidays booked for any of the following dates: Weeks beginning 31/12/11, 11/02/12 and 31/03/12.
