A new layout of Eurotunnel's French Terminal is now in place.

After border controls, proceed directly to the FlexiPlus lounge or to the boarding lane. To raise the set of access barriers to the FlexiPlus lounge and dedicated boarding lane, please enter the code printed on your departure hanger. Please note access to the FlexiPlus lounge is only available to vehicles under 1.85m high.

FlexiPlus customers wishing to visit the French Passenger Terminal Building for the latest offers and savings, should proceed through border controls and follow the signs to the Passenger Terminal Building.

Remember - you can use the dedicated FlexiPlus check-in lane for your check-in, however, if this lane is busy - you can use any of the other check-in lanes and you will still receive your FlexiPlus hanger.

Vehicles under 1.85m in height - don't forget to visit the FlexiPlus lounge to collect your complimentary snacks / drinks - feel free to stay and relax in the lounge, or alternatively many customers prefer to use the journey time as a meal break (FlexiPlus lounges are open from 06.00hrs to 22.00hrs daily).

Customers travelling between midnight and 06.00 (either direction), departures are less frequent, therefore please check with Eurotunnel if you are planning to travel during these times.

One final reminder - vehicles powered / dual powered with LPG are not permitted to travel with Eurotunnel. Please let us know if your vehicle is powered / dual powered with LPG and we will make alternative travel arrangements for you.
