Car Hire
If you would prefer the independence and flexibility of your own vehicle we can offer competitive rates on car rental.
We currently use three companies for our car hire, Europcar and two brokers named Your Car Hire and Transhire. The rental packages for each country are very different, so please contact us for a personalised quotation; we will happily quote for alternative durations or car types. We will then contact you with a confirmed price and tell you if there will be any supplements payable locally and confirm availability for your car.

Please be advised that at peak periods availability can be very limited at short notice. A minimum driver age of 21 years is required for a ski holiday hire car, this applies in most countries.
All our rates include:
- Theft protection (excess applies)
- Third party liability
- Collision damage waiver (excess applies)
- Unlimited mileage (except with National Canada where there is a restriction on Jasper of 700kms per week or 100kms per day)
- Local taxes and (in most instances) breakdown assistance.
Rates do not include:
- Petrol (unless otherwise specified)
- Personal insurance
- Special request items
- Garaging
- Parking and traffic fines
- Young driver surcharges where applicable (usually 24 years and under) and additional driver charges
- Out of hours charges and excess waiver upgrades.
Please ask at the time of booking for a full list of what is included with your particular car hire.
Please note that if you drop off your car later than you pick up the vehicle then an additional days hire will be charged. The type of car is indicative only. Specific models cannot be guaranteed. A credit card must be supplied as a deposit on collection of the car at the airport.
To book, please provide us with the driver's full passport name and age or date of birth, pick up and drop off location, dates and times and your outbound flight number if applicable. Please be advised that all extras must be requested at the time of making the reservation and are payable locally (e.g. additional insurance to reduce excess, ski racks, snow chains and child seats).
Please note snow tyres are mandatory in Switzerland so these will automatically be added to all hires collected from Switzerland, including Geneva airport Swiss side. Snow chains are a legal requirement in most European Ski Resorts (excluding Switzerland where snow tyres are required) we therefore recommend that these are requested for collection with your car hire. We will inform you of the approximate local charge of extras at the time of reservation however, please note that as the prices, local tax and conditions are subject to change without prior notice to us the prices given will be indicative only.
