Eurostar Direct Service Explained
The Day train departs London on Saturdays during the winter season and the Night train departs on Friday evenings. There is no couchette coach on this train, passengers remain in their seats. A comfort pack is provided on the night service. A bar-buffet with a choice of snacks, hot and cold drinks and meals are available for standard class passengers. Leisure Select passengers will be served complementary dinner/breakfast or lunch/afternoon tea depending on the train service being used.

* The inbound service does not stop at Aime La Plagne, therefore passengers arriving into this station on their outbound journey commence their inbound journey from Bourg St Maurice.
Eurostar Direct Guide Pricing
Eurostar issue many fares and the price you pay will depend on the availability at the time of booking. The winter 09/10 adult fares range from £149 to £299 per adult for standard class and from £229 to £399 per adult in Leisure Select. Child prices are available on this service age 4-11 years (on day of outbound travel), fares range from £90 to £190 per child for standard travel and from £200 to £240 per child in Leisure Select. Children under 4 years (on day of outbound travel) travel free of charge providing they do not occupy a seat.
Important Information
- Once confirmed your booking is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Cancellation will result in full loss of monies paid regardless of Erna Low cancellation charges.
- Any change including time, name and date to these tickets will result in a loss of all monies. These tickets must be paid for in full at the time of reservation.
Due to the current economic climate the Rail Europe Snowtrain service will not be operating in winter 09/10. We are able to book Eurostar and TGV train combinations as an alternative to this dedicated service from 90 days before departure. SWISS RAIL TRAVEL
For clients flying into and staying in Switzerland the Swiss Transfer Ticket is a popular product and ideal for winter travellers. It is a return ticket allowing one-day transfers from airport or border station to any destination in Switzerland and back. Each journey must be completed on day of validation. Tickets are valid for one month. At time of going to press the 09/10 prices were unavailable, as a guide the 08/09 price for a second class adult was £75. Children under 16 years also travel Free with a Family Card provided that they are accompanied by at least one parent who has purchased a Transfer Ticket.
