We are delighted that our regular clients are so happy with the Erna Low Loyalty Club. Please note that in order for us to process your relevant discount/special offer you must request it at the time of booking. Please also see conditions below. These discounts are only applicable on stays of 7 nights or more.
Please note that Erna Low work as agents for the accommodation providers and therefore we do not own the properties that we feature in this brochure. We regret that, after an in depth feasibility study, it was concluded that it is not financially viable to offer the discounts below on peak holiday dates. However, as a small business we will continue to offer the great value holidays and personal service that our clients much appreciate. We firmly believe that you will not find your holiday cheaper anywhere else (thanks to our price match guarantee!) and we thank you for your understanding.
Cash discounts on your holiday:
If you booked one or more holidays with us last year (winter 2008/09) please deduct £10 from your next booking if the total cost of the holiday is more than £1000.
If you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last two consecutive years, please deduct £20 from your booking if the total cost of the holiday is more than £1000.
If you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last three consecutive years or more, please deduct £30 from your booking if the total cost of the holiday is more than £1000.
Please note the discount will apply on each reservation if you book more than one holiday in winter 2009/10 and the holidays must have been booked in consecutive years.
Discounted FlexiPlus Eurotunnel crossing:
If you have booked one or more holiday with us for the last three consecutive years or more, you are entitled to a cheaper Eurotunnel crossing (one per reservation). We will deduct £10 from your holiday total. This is in addition to your Free upgrade to Flexiplus.
Discounted ski & boot hire:
If you have booked a holiday with us before in the last three winters, please deduct 5% off any ski & boot hire you require for this winter.
FREE helmet hire for kids:
If you have booked one or more holidays with us for the last three consecutive years or more and are booking ski and boot hire for your children (11 years and under), we will provide up to three kids’ helmet hire FREE of charge for your booking for winter 09/10.
Discounts on summer holidays:
If you have booked a holiday with us before, you may be eligible for a discount on one of our summer holidays – ‘Holidays with Altitude’. For further details see www.ernalowsummer.co.uk
Groups:
We regret that we cannot extend these offers to groups as such bookings will already be negotiated on a special rate. For further details of group discounts (groups over 20) please contact the office.
General conditions.
- We regret that these reductions are not applicable in conjunction with any other reductions or special offers (except Early Booking offers if applicable).
- These offers are only valid if you have been a party leader on all previous bookings.
- Please note that a two week holiday counts as one booking and only one set of reductions apply.
We regret Loyalty Discounts are not available on holidays booked for any of the following dates: Weeks beginning 26/12/09, 13/02/10 and 03/04/10.
