MGM Residences
MGM are quite simply amongst the most sought after apartments in the French Alps. To avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking early for the larger apartments and on peak dates especially.

Services included
- Bed linen and towels are included in all the apartments and beds are made up on arrival
- On loan from reception (subject to availability): irons, ironing boards, high chairs, hair driers. Board games, fondue and raclette sets
- End of stay cleaning is included (except the kitchen area)
Services available to be paid for locally
- Cleaning kits are available to buy at receptions.
N.B. If you are staying for two weeks, a change of linen will be given to you at the end of the first week but the apartment will not be cleaned. Please see reception in resort - Cots and high chairs are available from reception at no extra charge (subject to availability) and should be reserved at time of booking
- In l’Ecrin des Neiges in Tignes Val Claret, there is an aquatonic centre next to the residence that is managed by a specialist company. There is a supplement payable to use this centre. Prices for winter 05/06 were approximately 30€ for one visit.
- Parking: Most residences have limited underground private car parking which is payable locally in resort. Whilst we can request a parking space for you, it should be noted that allocation is on a first come first served basis and therefore we regret we cannot guarantee availability
- A bread delivery service is available at most residences, please see reception for further details
- Most of the residences offer a heated indoor swimming pool which is private and free for residents. The pools are not open all day or on changeover days. Please note that these pools are heated in accordance with French health and safety law
- Most of the residences also offer free access to the saunas, steam rooms and fitness equipment (if applicable) but reservations must be made at reception. Sunbeds are also sometimes available at a supplement and can be booked locally

- Some of the apartments on higher floors may be under the eaves and may have low ceiling heights
- Some of the bedrooms may have windows that open to an interior corridor and not to the exterior of the building. In rare cases, some of the bedrooms may not have any windows
- These apartments are for holiday lets and will usually only have one or occasionally two sofas in the living area even in the larger apartments. These sofas can also be used as beds and will therefore not be slouch couches
- The kitchen facilities in these apartments have been designed specifically for holiday rentals and as such the kitchens usually feature a small microwave sized mini oven and not a full sized oven that you might have at home
- All of the apartments have TVs however we regret that there are no DVD players in the apartments
- The MGM apartments were the first in a new breed of higher quality accommodation in the Alps when they first came on to the market however please be advised that there has been little renovation work in the interim.
