P & V Apartments
Pierre & Vacances offer good quality accommodation across France and specifically in the Alps. The “residences du tourisme” are in great locations and this overview gives all the details of what is included in your apartment rental and what services are available in resort.
- We are able to reserve any Pierre & Vacances accommodation in any resort even if it is not featured on our website (subject to availability). If therefore you have a specific request, please do not hesitate to contact us
- Some of the apartment blocks have swimming pools and fitness facilities. Please see individual accommodation descriptions for further information
- These plans are to give you an idea of the layout of an average Pierre & Vacances apartment. Please be advised that these plans are for indication only and they may not be identical to the apartment you have booked
- Please be advised that due to the layout of the buildings some apartments of the same types may have different floor space. In some resorts one building may only have one type of apartment on a specific floor so requests for different sized apartments to be near to each may not be physically possible
- Most of the apartments are privately owned and the owners are allowed to choose which weeks they spend in their own apartment, therefore the process of allocation is done by necessity in resort by Pierre & Vacances a few days before your arrival. We regret therefore that Erna Low cannot be held responsible for the exact apartment you are staying in
Included in the cost of your apartment:
- 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat per apartment
- 1 cleaning kit and 2 dishcloths
- Television
- Please note that the beds are not made up on arrival (apart from short stays)
- End of stay cleaning is included except the kitchen area and washing up
Services to be pre-booked
- The “Premium” package costs £23 per person. It includes beds made up on arrival, a mid week clean and a mid week towel change. Please note that the number of “Premium” packages booked must correspond to the number of persons in the apartment (except children under 2 years)
- Baby Kits - £36 per child (suitable only for children weighing under 15kg)
- 1 folding cot (French standard EN716) with fitted sheet
- 1 highchair for babies over 6 months
- Changing mattress, bath and pushchair
- Please note that the baby kit is suitable for children
under 2 years. For children weighing over 15kgs
Pierre & Vacances recommend using a bed safety rail
rather than a cot. These are available on loan
at reception (subject to availability) - Some receptions also have the following items available on loan, hair dryers, ironing board, socket guards and board games (subject to availability)
Services available to be paid for on site
- Pets are admitted on presentation of their anti-rabies certificate. Cost 49€/animal/7 night stay
- Additional cleaning kit – 7€/kit. This includes sufficient products for one week including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, scouring cream, detergent, double sided sponge and washing up cloth
- Additional towels can be rented locally at 9€ per person per week. The kit includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person and 1 bath mat per apartment
- Telephone if applicable should be paid on departure
- Additional cleaning is also available – please speak to reception for prices
