Val Thorens ski resort forms one-third of Three Valleys; one of the largest ski areas in the world with a whopping 600km of snowy pistes to explore and immerse yourself in. Val Thorens, together with Courchevel and Meribel, form the Three Valleys. Out of the three, Val Thorens is situated at the highest point, sitting at 2300m. It is also one of the highest positioned resorts in Europe; which also results in very good snow conditions in the winter seasons. Considering the sheer size of the ski area and the good snow conditions due to its altitude, you can't go wrong when purchasing a ski pass at Val Thorens.
