Types of Ski Pass in Morzine

The types of passes available at Morzine are the Morzine-Les Gets lift pass and the Portes Du Soleil lift pass. Both passes are categorised based on the granted access area across the ski area. The less expensive Morzine-Les Gets ski pass grants access to 120 km of pistes, while the Portes du Soliel pass offers the full package which grants access to the full area of 650 km of pistes and includes access into Switzerland and the resorts of Morgins, Les Crost and Champery, as part of the package. Discounts on the Morzine Ski passes vary in price and some of the concessions are exclusive to either Morzine-Les Gets ski pass alone or the Portes Du Soleil lift pass. Morzine Disabled Ski Passes
Disabled Ski passes are available only on the resort and are exclusive to the Morzine-Les Gets pass. They come at a reduced price for adults and children and are only available for purchase at the resort.

How do ski passes work in Morzine?
The Ski passes in Morzine are electronically credited onto a SmartMedia card which is equipped with a chip for information storage.
The card is similar in size, shape and likeness to a regular credit card. It is hands-free activated which means it can be activated remotely at the lift turnstiles without having to present it. It can be kept in a front pocket or ski jacket sleeve pocket for easy activation.
