Erna Low is a great place to work - the company is one of the most established UK ski holiday tour operators with over 80 years' experience and has a fascinating history. Our founder and namesake was responsible for many ground-breaking innovations that helped shape the ski holiday as it is today. Our office, which sits in a lovely mews in South Kensington, is a celebration of our history and is full of ski memorabilia and vintage posters, with a fabulous ski mural on the outside of the building.

Sales Executive 

Location - South Kensington, London

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable person to join our small and very busy sales team in a full time position to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate or ex-seasonnaire looking to start their career in the UK travel industry or an experienced travel industry individual who is looking for a new opportunity with a new company. They will be flexible and efficient in their approach as they will have the opportunity to experience and work in many different sectors of the company.

Your main role will be dealing with client enquiries quickly and professionally. We manage a high volume of client sales enquiries, we advise and guide our clients based on their needs to ensure they get a holiday that is perfect for them.

You will also be involved in customer service responses throughout the winter and will have to deal with customer complaints, partner contracting and some administrative work.

There are a number of prerequisites for the role:

  • A passion for skiing or snowboarding
  • Native English speaker
  • Good knowledge of the European ski resorts
  • A good eye for detail
  • Able to prioritise own work load and work within deadlines
  • Ability to multi task
  • An understanding of French would be an advantage (preferably fluent)
  • A working knowledge of the Internet, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and by email
  • Flexible working attitude
