These 65 apartments in 4 residences are situated 50m from the centre of the resort, the train station and shuttle buses to the ski lifts and Chamonix centre.  The nearest ski lift (Grands Montets cable car) and ski school are approximately 300m away. This residence benefits from an indoor heated swimming pool (free for guests), a lounge area with open fireplace and pool table (open during reception hours only) and a bakery delivery service can be arranged and paid for locally.  Some apartments have saunas, which can be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability (8€/session or 39€/7 sessions, payable in resort). Please note that as these apartments have been built in a traditional style, some apartments on the higher floors may have sloping ceilings.

In every apartment:

• Equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven

• South or east facing balcony
• WIFI access is available in reception, payable locally
• Bed linen and towels are included
• Beds made on arrival, £35-55 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) £55-85 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• Cleaning charge if accommodation not left in perfect order 55-85€
• Beds made on arrival and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) £80-120 depending on type of apartment, payable at time of booking
• Covered car parking £49/car/week and should be requested and paid for at the time of booking.

Studio cabin 3 persons (S3K) (19-22m²): Living room with a single sofa bed and a cabin with bunk beds (1m80).  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

1 bedroom 3 persons (23) (26m²): Living room sleeping one and one double bedroom. 

1 bedroom + cabin 4 persons (24K) (30m²): Living room, one double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds (1m80).  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

1 bedroom + cabin 5 persons (25K) (35m²): Living room sleeping one, one double bedroom and a cabin with bunk beds (1m80).  Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

2 bedroom 5 persons (35) (40m²): Living room sleeping one, one double bedroom and a small bedroom with double bed or bunk beds (1m80). 

2 bedroom + cabin/mezzanine 7 persons (37K/Z) (60m²): Living room sleeping one, two bedrooms each sleeping two persons and a cabin with bunk beds (1m80) or mezzanine with twin beds. Please note a cabin is not a separate room. 

2 bedroom mezzanine / 3 bedroom 8 persons (3Z/478) (78m²): Living room sleeping one or two persons and either three bedrooms each sleeping two persons OR two bedrooms each sleeping two persons and one mezzanine with twin beds.  Additional shower room.  Please note: Apartments are allocated according to the make up of the group and occupancy levels, requests cannot be guaranteed. 

3 bedroom mezzanine 8 persons (48Z) (156m²): Living room, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with spa bath), one twin bedroom and a mezzanine with twin beds.  Additional WC. 

3 bedroom mezzanine 10 persons (410Z) (130m²): Living room sleeping one, two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), one bedroom with two double beds, mezzanine with a single bed, sauna and additional WC.
