Avoriaz Piste Map

The Avoriaz ski area is divided into four zones to meet the needs of all types of skier. The Beginner’s Sector is directly accessible from the village. It is made up of green and blue runs and is dedicated to those learning to ski at their own pace. The piste 1ere Glisse has been shaped according to the different steps a beginner needs to go through when learning to ski. The Expert Sector is made up of long black slopes and a black snow cross. The upper part offers wonderful panoramic views with the lower slopes running through the forest. The Family Sector is a network of blue and red slopes, it also has a boarder cross, one blue, two red and one black snow cross areas. This sector offers incredible panoramic views and enables all members of the family at different abilities to take the same chair lift and ski close to one another, meeting regularly where the different slopes group together in the same areas.  As well as each sector there is ‘The Wall’, an imposing mogul field, as well as five snow parks (including the world famous ‘Stash’) which brings freestyle elements into a natural environment and one super pipe.
