Les Montagnettes is in the resort of Val Thorens, the highest altitude ski resort in Europe and as such, snow is just about guaranteed. Val Thorens is situated at high-altitude with ski-in and ski-out conditions and there is something for everyone here with two main shopping areas, featuring a wide choice of restaurants, bars and evening discotheques. This resort has everything for a great family ski holiday or simply a short ski break for a couple. Due to the altitude, there are no trees which makes skiing in bad weather very difficult. The upside is that the snow is always in very good condition and the resort is open to the very end of the season. Val Thorens is a purpose built resort and also offers a fully equipped sport centre with ice rink, as well as access to other snow activities, such as snow-shoeing, snow scooters and even paragliding for those brave enough. Les Montagnettes are chalet style apartments conveniently dotted around the resort. They are highly spacious and comfortably equipped with a fireplace in the living. The stone roofs, weatherboarding and timber balconies, traditional plasterwork and stone-covered walls all contribute to the authentic fell of these mountain chalets and are ideal for families and couples alike.

Each chalet style apartment in Les Montagnettes features their own open fireplaces adding to a very warm and homely feel. As well as all the usual facilities, each apartment has its own highly equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
