Some of the adult equipment are categorised based on the level of the equipment and the ski ability level of the skier. This is because skis and snowboards, in particular, are manufactured differently with some being made to be more advanced to deal with challenging terrains and being able to handle turns and twists of the skier. As such, skis and snowboards have been categorised into three different groups, namely: Evolution, Performance and Excellence, with each group representing the different ability levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. The cost to hire each of the products goes a little further based on the category chosen. The remaining categories are a ski pack (which include ski’s, boots, ski poles), ski and poles only, boots only and helmets. Each of these is set at a standard price.
