This is because snowboarding requires a higher degree of core strength, continuous physical balance, and developed motor coordination than early-stage skiing.

To keep your child smiling and comfortable, they should wear high-quality, waterproof ski outerwear, warm thermal layers, and proper ski socks. A well-fitting safety helmet and high-UV protection goggles are absolutely mandatory, especially given Cervinia's high altitude. We also recommend packing a high-factor suncream stick, a small pocket snack (like a cereal bar) for the mid-morning energy break, and ensuring their lift pass is safely zipped into their dedicated sleeve pocket.
