FAMILY ROOMS
Family rooms are not always offered in budget hotels and are extremely popular especially on school holiday dates. We highly recommend you book as early as possible if you require this type of room. If these are not available it can be requested for two rooms to be adjacent or as close to each other as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.
LATE ARRIVALS
All hotels offer some form of late arrival procedure, in some cases you will be required to contact the hotel within opening hours on the day of your arrival to arrange check-in details while other hotels offer automatic check-in using your booking reference number. It is your responsibility to check your hotel's procedure and organise your arrival.
