"Great location but some maintenance could be better. If you are travelling by Eurostar it's hard to find a better location, literally steps away from the funicular railway that runs from Bourg. Very close to the slopes and two high speed lifts, plus the small village centre with restaurants and Sherpa supermarket. The duplex apartment for 6 is quite spacious for a ski apartment, with two bathrooms and a lovely double height window facing the slopes and a nice sunny balcony with wicker furniture. The decor is nice and modern but things were a bit tatty, and there was no light over the hob which made cooking a bit of a challenge. My only main complaint was the pool, we'd been before and loved the little indoor / outdoor pool and hottub. Unfortunately this year neither of them were heated at all, absolutely stone cold (a partially outdoor pool in the winter)! There was no notice up, staff watched us enter the spa area without mentioning this major issue which is very bad service. In short if you are travelling by Eurostar definitely worth a go, otherwise there are probably nicer places available elsewhere."
