Joanna Yellowlees-Bound - Chief Executive

Joanna Yellowlees-Bound, a graduate of Oxford University, has been with Erna Low since 1982 and on Miss Low's retirement in 1994, became her Partner and Managing Director of the company. Joanna feels privileged to have learnt tour operating direct from Miss Low - the Doyenne of the travel industry - and it is her mission to continue to promote the hallmark of the Erna Low holiday into the 21st century - 'quality' holidays at affordable prices for the discerning traveller. Joanna is married to a maritime archaeologist and has 3 sons.

Jane Bolton - Managing Director

Jane initially thought about doing a ski season in the French Alps which extended to 4 years until she returned to the UK to get a proper job and started to work for Erna Low. She is now the Managing Director of the Erna Low Ski and Summer Collections. Married to Karl and proud Mum of Emily and Harry, she is delighted that they both seem to love skiing as much as she does.

Sharon Parish - Accounts Director

Sharon has been with Erna Low for 20 years and is now Accounts Manager. Having witnessed many changes over this period, a fully computerised accounts system has ensured Sharon's smooth and efficient management of the company's financial structure.

Richard Crowley - Director of Sales and Marketing

After spending two fantastic years working in France, including two winters in the Alps, Richard returned home to London with a new found passion for skiing and speaking fluent French. He joined Erna Low in 2012 and likes nothing better than to talk about ski holidays all day!

Rebecca Dodson - Sales Team Leader

After leaving university Rebecca found a love of all things ski (or should we say snowboarding) after working three seasons, in St. Anton, The Three Valleys and Banff. She has skied many of the resorts in Western Canada and is looking forward to exploring more on holidays. Having moved back to England she has remained in the ski industry and now has 3 years’ experience as a Ski Sales Consultant. When she isn't skiing or working she can be found relaxing with friends, usually planning the next adventure.

Calum Crichton - Sales Consultant

After learning to ski on a dry ski slope as a child, Calum soon made the switch to skiing in the wonderfully wild Scottish Highlands, and then as a teenager ventured to the Alps, where he would continue to go every year with his family (plus a few trips to the US). Although he went on to study Psychology at University, he realised after graduating that snowsports were his real passion, and so in 2018 he decided to make the big move to London to join the Erna Low team.

Kathleen Crowe - Sales Consultant

Returning from working in Australia, Kathleen changed her career and finally fulfilled a lifelong dream by qualifying as a ski instructor in Austria. She spent the season instructing mainly children’s groups in Ischgl and is the office expert on organising ski lessons. Her first ski trips were to Austria with school but has also skied in France, Switzerland, Andorra, Italy, Australia and New Zealand.

Louise Bridger – Administration Assistant

Louise is passionate about skiing and all things outdoors!
She lived and worked in Chamonix for 3 years and was lucky enough to explore and ski in various resorts in France, Italy and Switzerland. Louise and has recently moved back to the UK after spending the last year travelling and working in the Southern Hemisphere.

Vanessa Fisher - P.R. Representative

Vanessa has worked in the ski industry for almost 20 years following a ski season in Banff, Canada. She has skied many resorts through Europe and North America and loves promoting the mountains, both as summer and a winter holiday destinations, to the UK media. Vanessa has been in PR for 15+ years, now working closely with the Erna Low team to promote their fantastic ski holidays (as well as their property developments) to the travel and adventure press.

Tim Wilson - Overseas Manager

Having started repping for Erna Low in Val Thorens in 2001, Tim has worked for us in several of the big French resorts before finally settling in Les Arcs where he is now our Overseas Manager. He liaises with our suppliers in impeccable French and ensures our customers always have an available contact.
