FIND OUT WHY WE LOVE SKIING IN LA PLAGNE

Since it’s opening day on Christmas Eve 1961 with just 2 drag lifts serving 4 pistes La Plagne has developed into the most popular resort in the world, welcoming over 2.5 million skiers each season.  The resort offers something for everyone but has always focused on providing exceptional value for money to families looking for snow-sure skiing and easy access to the slopes.

Staying in one of the 6 main villages at altitude we love feeling immersed in the ski area, even after the lifts have closed and the sun is setting.

THE SKIING

With almost 60% of La Plagne's 225km of pistes rated as green or blue, La Plagne is the ideal destination for families wanting to ski together on gentle, forgiving terrain. More experienced skiers can opt for the full Paradiski pass, giving access to the more challenging slopes of nearby Les Arcs and a huge 435km of pistes.
