Nestled at the foot of Blackcomb Mountain, this landmark hotel has it all; ski-in/ski out access, impeccable service, luxurious amenities and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Set in a traditional Chateau-style building, the hotel offers classic elegance amidst the stunning backdrop of Whistler Blackcomb. This décor compliments the warm and friendly atmosphere found throughout the hotel, where an unparalleled guest service ensures that all your needs are catered for. The hotel’s concierge team are the ‘Whistler experts’ and offer local tips and advice, whilst the Snow Host is on-hand at the end of the day to share a hot chocolate and hear about your adventures on the slopes. Although Whistler Village centre is only a picturesque 7-minute walk away the hotel also offers a shuttle service (with selected drop-off and pick-up points) to ensure you’re never far from the lively village centre.

Although the Fairmont offers easy access to Whistler’s upper village, you would be forgiven for not wanting to leave the hotel. You may wish to choose from six dining options available; The Grill Room is one of Whistler’s prime destinations for chops, steaks and seafood, which can be enjoyed in front of the signature stone fireplace whilst sampling some of the finest wines British Colombia has to offer. Alternatively, The Wildflower offers a warm and inviting casual atmosphere and is a fantastic dining option for families, serving locally inspired classics. The Mallard Lounge boasts après ski entertainment and stunning views of Whistler Mountain; in addition to the bar’s famous Martinis a must-try is an Alpine Warmer, complete with honey made from the hotel’s very own rooftop bees!

After a day spent exploring the extensive ski area of Whistler Blackcomb, the Fairmont’s Health Club and Spa offers the ideal spot to relax. Facilities include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, indoor whirlpool, three outdoor Jacuzzis, a dry sauna, two eucalyptus steam rooms and a fitness centre. The 4250ft² Vida Spa boasts fifteen treatment rooms, including two couple suites, for those looking to indulge in beauty and massage treatments (payable locally).

There are 550 tastefully decorated rooms to choose from, with something for everyone. For those looking to upgrade to a truly exclusive experience, the Fairmont Gold package is exceptionally luxurious. The experience begins from the moment you arrive with a private reception area on the 8th floor. You will then benefit from access to the exclusive Fairmont Gold Lounge; accompanied by just a small selection of guests, the lounge offers the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountains and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, an honesty bar and complimentary cocktail canapés (served 5pm-7pm). In addition, the continental breakfast is a must-have before a day spent exploring the village, the mountains and beyond. Please enquire for Fairmont Gold prices and availability.

In addition, there are a range of guest rooms and suites each boasting either village or mountain views.
