What will be in the apartment when we arrive?

This depends on which apartment you have booked so please check the web description carefully. Many of our most popular 4* and 5* apartments offer a welcome pack with some cleaning products and most apartments will have 1 loo roll in each WC. Some (but not all) will also have added luxuries such as swimming pool towels, dressing gowns, slippers and Nespresso coffee machines. Some of the 2* and 3* accommodations will have bed linen and towels available to rent at reception. We recommend that you take some basics with you such as tea towels, salt & pepper, coffee, tea etc and toilet roll especially if you plan to arrive after the resort shops have closed. The 2* and 3* accommodations do not provide toilet roll as standard.
