Situated in an elevated position right by the slopes in La Croissete, Le Brelin is incredibly well connected, with a free public lift providing direct access to the centre of La Croisette, ski facilities just 50 metres away, and the slopes only 20 metres from the residence.

A grocery shop can be found on the ground floor of the building, and all the resort has to offer - bars, restaurants, ski facilities, and entertainment - are just a short lift ride or ski away.
