Flaine Forêt is the upper part of Flaine, sitting at around 1,700m — a little higher than Flaine Forum, the main hub, at 1,600m. It's quieter and more forested than the Forum, with fewer bars and restaurants immediately on the doorstep but a calmer, more residential feel. Forum is where you'll find the shops, restaurants, ski hire and the bulk of the lift stations, and it's about a 100m walk from Le Panoramic to the resort's free inclined lifts connecting the two areas.

Yes — Le Panoramic sits at the foot of the Grands Vans chairlift, so you can ski straight back to the residence at the end of the day. From the Grands Vans you connect into the wider Grand Massif network, which covers 265km of pistes across five resorts: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt. Pro Tip: Our team recommends checking the Grands Vans opening times early in the season — lower lifts sometimes open a little later than the main network.

Le Panoramic has an indoor heated pool included in your stay, running from December to April. There's also a sauna and steam room on-site, though these are booked separately for a small extra charge rather than included in the price.
