"Last year for some reason we were put into a 2 room apartment although we had only booked a studio which was very nice! This year we paid rather a lot of money for the a 2 room apartment."

"Thanks for your comments, all good feedback for future clients thinking about going to La Plagne."
"The building was looking ‘tired’ in only it second season since being opened. The swimming pool was over-chlorinated and my kids complained that it was “burning their face”! The worst aspect was the hotel surroundings; it was literally the world’s biggest doggy lavatory. There was dog mess everywhere"
John Ward from Erna Low
"Thank you for your comments. We were concerned to hear about the issue with the swimming pool and wonder if you mentioned this to reception at the time, as it may be possible that this was an isolated incident that could have been resolved? With regard to the other issue, this is sadly common in many resorts across the Alps and is something that we can certainly appreciate. Hopefully the abundance of snow this winter went some way to alleviating the problem."

"It was mentioned to reception who ‘noted it’. The kids didn’t bother going in the pool again"
