The 5* Premier Luxury Mountain resort in Bansko prides itself on its warmth and hospitality. There are 111 rooms in total and there is a free shuttle bus to take you to the nearest ski lift. There is a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool with thermal water and Le Spa where there are 2 saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, a Kneipp walk and a fitness centre. Massages and beauty treatments are also available, please book and pay for these locally. Amvrosia is a fine dining restaurant in addition to Dionyssos which is a buffet style restaurant offering an extensive choice of local and international dishes. There is also a lovely lobby bar. WIFI is also available throughout the hotel which is particularly popular with families. There is a children’s play room with a morning and evening childcare service, 6 days a week (closed on Mondays). Families are welcome to use the room outside these hours with parent/carer supervision. In addition there is a babysitting service that is on request, subject to availability and this is paid for locally.
