Pas de la Casa Transfers

Perched at 2,100m on the French border, Pas de la Casa is the highest resort in Andorra and one of the Pyrenees' most exhilarating ski destinations.

As the gateway to the vast Grandvalira ski area – the largest in the Iberian Peninsula – it draws skiers from across Europe who come for the reliable snow, duty-free shopping, and lively après scene. Getting here is part of the adventure, and with the right transfer in place, the journey from airport to piste is straightforward.

Two airports serve Pas de la Casa most conveniently. Toulouse-Blagnac (TLS) is the closer of the two, at around 104 miles, with transfers typically taking 2.5 to 3 hours. Barcelona El Prat (BCN) sits roughly 122 miles away and adds a little time – expect three to four hours on the road – but it tends to offer more frequent flights from the UK, making it the more popular choice for most British skiers. Road conditions can vary significantly in winter, and Barcelona's approach route is generally considered more reliable during heavy snowfall.

Once you arrive in the resort, most transfers drop passengers near the central bus station by the church. This is simply down to the layout of Pas de la Casa itself: the streets are narrow and largely pedestrian-friendly, which gives the place a pleasantly intimate feel on foot, even if it means your luggage gets a short walk at the end.
