When you book your group or private lessons through Erna Low, we request English-fluent instructors as standard, ensuring you or your children feel completely confident, relaxed, and supported on the snow.

Sestriere is a fantastic place to learn to ski. On your first morning, your instructor will introduce you to your gear, teach you how to slide safely, and guide you through basic stopping techniques using the gentle nursery slopes at the resort base. Sestriere's beginner slopes are wide, sunny, and separate from fast-moving traffic. Before the week is out, you will comfortably progress to long, gentle blue runs, enjoying the incredible high-alpine views in complete confidence.

Our ski school partners in Sestriere offer a wide variety of ski lessons for different ages, abilities and skiing goals. We primarily offer group lessons with our ski holiday packages, but private tuition is available. Visitors can choose either ski or snowboard lessons. Private lessons may offer faster progression and personalised instruction, while group lessons offer a more social learning experience. Lessons are available for complete beginners right through to experienced skiers looking to refine their skills across the Via Lattea ski area.
