Located in the quiet Les Balcons district of Val Thorens, Chalet Val 2400 is situated just 150m from the slopes of the Three Valleys, with ski-in access available for intermediate skiers (snow permitting). The nearest ski lifts are approximately 300m away and it is a 5-10 minute walk from the resort centre and ski school.

Constructed in a traditional Savoyard style, the residence is home to 27 apartments and a range of facilities including a relaxation space complete with sauna, Sport 2000 ski rental shop (pre-bookable with Erna Low) and the Red Fox pub, which serves drinks, snacks and take away food.

The fully equipped apartments boast stunning views of the slopes and resort – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Reception opening times

Sunday - Friday: 08:00h - 12:00h and 16:00h - 19:00h. Saturday: 08:00h - 20:00h. Check in Saturday from 17.00h. Check out before 10.00h. In case of late arrival please call the reception before 20.00h to arrange key collection. If you arrive outside the reception opening hours, it is your responsibility to contact reception and make alternative arrangements to collect your keys. We suggest that you also contact reception if you are arriving after 19h00. As a general rule, check-in is from 17h00 and check-out is by 10h00, unless otherwise stated.

Refundable deposit

500€ per apartment paid on arrival and refunded on departure. Payable by credit card.

Tourist tax

Taxe de sejour is not included and will be payable in resort, 2.47€/person/day.

Car Parking

Val Thorens is pedestrian resort and it is advised to book car parking in advance. A covered car park is available on request at the residence 70€/car/week payable locally, subject to availability. Alternative parking is available with the resort visit www.valthoparc.com for further information and to book.

"It certainly worked for us - apartment on 5th floor for 8 adults and 6 kids (aged 5 to 14). It had been refurbished and was much better than expected. There is a mezzanine type floor with 4 beds which are good for kids but adults may struggle with height. Location was good - a short walk to the slopes, Sherpa supermarket 100 yards away and ski shop next door. There is a steep, patchy slope at the back of the block if you want to ski or go back into the village centre and catch the free bus which stops outside the block. The sauna and steam room are very up to date. We parked a car under the block too (bit tight especially with roof box!) Great front service desk staff too. Definitely recommend."
