New for the 2014/15 season, this family-friendly, budget hotel is newly renovated and fully equipped to meet the needs of your family. Situated at the bottom of the slopes, and in the heart of the resort, the hotel strives to ensure your family’s needs are catered for. In addition to a selection of children’s clubs, the hotel boasts a wellness centre, daily entertainment and a comprehensive full-board package.

Children’s Clubs

Kids Club: 4-12 years – Includes theme days, fun activities and the option for children to be accompanied to ski school. Bookable for 5 days per week, 6 hours a day (Monday-Friday) outside of French school holidays (meals excluded) and 6 days per week, from 9am-9pm with a break between 5pm-7pm, during French school holidays (meals included). Limited places available, booking recommended.

Teens Club: 12-17 years – Includes outdoor activities, theme parties and challenges (such as Xbox games and quizzes). From 5pm-9pm during French school holidays only.

The Squ@t: for teens – An area designed and reserved for teens under 18 years, it offers WI-FI connections, multi-media terminals, various games and a place to relax (open all season).

Toddlers Club: 18months – 4 years – Includes early-learning and snow activities (face painting, snowman making, toboggan, music etc.) Free outside of school holidays, from Monday-Friday morning or afternoon (must be pre-booked, subject to availability). During school holidays available Sunday-Friday 8.30am-12pm or 1.30pm-5pm, €107 for 6 half-days (pre-book with Erna Low).

Reception opening times

Saturday and Sunday - 8am-9pm; Monday-Friday - 8am-1.30pm and 5pm-8pm. Check-in from 6pm and check-out by 9am.

Refundable deposit

€75 deposit to be paid upon arrival.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is payable locally €0.90 per person/per day (free of charge for under 13 years)

Directions to Property

The hotel is located at the entrance of the resort, in the Arolles area. You can temporarily park at the hotel in ordet to load/unload luggage - after this you will need to park in a public car park.
